I’m not sure where to begin with, the savannas of Serengeti? the penguins of Philip Island? the Big Ben? The quiet lanes of Pune? The magnificent forts of Rajasthan?

You see, I have traveled extensively over the world since the past 27 years. I have always wanted to write about it but kept procrastinating. This blog could easily have started 10 or 12 years back but we’re here now, I guess that’s what counts, right?

I have always been fascinated with the world, I was a curious child (now, a curious adult) I always wanted to know more, about different countries, their customs, their food, their languages. Everything. I have had the pleasure of traveling to over 20 countries and immerse myself a little in the local culture of those places. Now is a good time as any to share some of those stories with you.

My travels began when I was a 2 year old child. My first flight and first trip was Goa. The beautiful sand, skies and the sea. My memories from that trip are limited to playing at the beach and paddling in the pool. Maybe that’s why I am such a water baby. I try to travel to Goa almost every year, it’s a good place to go to for any kind of travel.

Goa has something for everyone.

Over the next few weeks, I will attempt to write about some of my Goa adventures and recommendations.
A haphazard introduction if there ever was one but hey, it’s better to do something badly than to never do it at all 🙂
