Tag | 30 Interesting Questions

Happy Summery Saturday to all you lovely people! This Saturday I am straying a little away from books and into the world of random facts. Sarah of Sarah Withers Blogs tagged me in a 30 interesting Questions tag and I thought I would give it a go!

1. What are your nicknames? What do you prefer to be called?

I really don’t have any nicknames. My full name (Elizabeth) has a huge number of shortenings, so those are mainly where any semblance of a nickname comes from. I used to pretty much exclusively go by Lizzi when I was in school – busy Lizzi if people wanted to put a spin on it, and as I have grown up that has shortened again to Liz. I played darts at university and my walk down name/nickname was The President because of my last name – that’s about as close as I have got. Continue reading “Tag | 30 Interesting Questions”

I Should Have Read That Book Tag

I can’t believe we are at the end of another week, and the start of another month! I swear time is speeding up – does that make me old thinking like that? In fact, don’t answer that! The lovely Emma @ The Terror of Knowing tagged me in this ‘Should have read’ book tag that I first saw on the creator Beth’s blog @ Books Nest, so I thought it was high time to dive on in and take part. Let’s not dilly daddle:

New Year’s Resolution Book Tag

I know it’s nearing the end of January, but having a little bit of time to think about this tag has actually made it much easier to finish! I saw it doing the round at the end of last year/beginning of this year, and when my friend Emma @ The Terror of Knowing posted hers the other day I thought now was the perfect time! Here goes: Continue reading “New Year’s Resolution Book Tag”

The Bookish Book Lover Tag

It’s a Friday evening and I am tired and home alone as Emma has now left for home to spend the festive period with her family, so I decided to have a little go at the Bookish Book Lover Tag, which was created by Shantelle @Shantellemaryh  (it seems her blog doesn’t exist anymore) I and which I actually saw over at Emma’s blog The Terror of Knowing yesterday evening. I’m a book lover, I like a tag, sounds like it’s up my street. Let’s not mess around too much and just get on with this thing: Continue reading “The Bookish Book Lover Tag”

Greek Gods Book Tag

It’s officially that time of year when you can say that Christmas is next week. I don’t know if that’s awesome, or if it’s scary, but it’s true! We’re over halfway through Blogmas, and December, and time to do everything you want to do before the holiday elapses is running out quickly. I decided to take a break from all things festive and do a good ol’ non-Christmassy tag that I found on The Terror of Knowing, created by Zuky.

The Rules

  • Pingback to Zuky here so she can read all your posts!
  • You can use her graphics if you like, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to.
  • Tag as many people as you want, but please share the love.

The Bookish Naughty or Nice Tag

You guys I have been tagged. Not just by one person, but by two, and that means I cannot possibly not do this tag soon. So, here we are on a bloody freezing Friday evening doing a Christmassy bookish tag to find out whether I have been naughty 😈 or nice 😇! There are a few rules, and what not, but first, let me thank Emma and Jenna for tagging me!

Rules

– Tag and link me/this post (if you would be so kind, I love reading your answers!)

Friends Book Tag

Hello Friends (geddit) and welcome to another book tag. I think we all love Friends, and those who say they don’t love Friends are just lying a little bit, so this couldn’t be more perfect: a book tag based on Friends (created by Roxanne over at An Average Life). I saw this tag over on my friends Emma’s Blog The Terror of Knowing, which is where I get most of the tags I like if I am honest, and thought it was too good to miss. If you fancy a go and want to answer, please consider yourself tagged and have fun, it’s a good’un!
