I took a little break last week as I am in a bit of a blogging/reading rut and hadn’t lost any weight. My motivation was not at it’s highest when it came to sharing and the journey, so I simply opted not to post.

Fat Friday: Week 2

Hello friends! Can you believe it has already been a whole week back on the dieting wagon? No, me either! I am not sure if it is a good or a bad thing that it has taken no time for a week to pass, but it has and we’re here and the diet is still around and I think even here to stay! It isn’t easy, but it isn’t terrifying, and I really feel like I can do it.

Fat Friday: Week 1…again

Hello lovely people. It’s been a while eh? I wasn’t sure that this time would come again and if it did, whether it would be in the same format, but it worked while it worked last time and so I’ve decided to re-ignite Fat Friday and kick start my weight loss journey. A few things have changed, some are the same, and we’ll be finding our feet together as we go, but it feels like the right time and the right decision to be back.

New Year’s Resolution: 3rd Quarter Check-In

It’s October. It’s Autumn. It’s over 75% of the way through the year. It’s only 2 and a half months until Christmas. Am I scaring you with the look how far through the year we are updates yet? I’m scaring myself if I am honest! We’re at that point of the year where you’ve done a lot of what you’re going to get done and the rest of the year is quite planned, when resolutions have been fulfilled, or started, or we’re too far into the year to fix, which is terrifying. Let’s see how I’m doing.

Fat Friday: Weeks 45-50

Good evening folks, and welcome back. I hope you’re all well, it’s been a little while hasn’t it? Fact is, I was burnt out and a little disillusioned with a lot of things, but a break and a holiday has done me good and I’m on a countdown and push to my next holiday to Disney in 6 weeks! So the message is Fat Friday is most definitely back and I’m hoping to get some weight shifted and improved fitness ready for my holiday.

Evening all, it’s Friday again. You all know what that means even though I didn’t post last week. Yep, it’s time for another update post, and even though I didn’t post, it’s not going to be a long one. I’ve had a busy and somewhat stressful 2 weeks but I didn’t want to go another week without posting so here we are a little late on this Friday evening.

Fat Friday: Week 42

Hello there everybody, how is everyone on this particularly bland Saturday? I was going to post last night but time got away from me and before I knew it I was too tired to try and stay awake to write a full post. Oh well. It’s been an odd week to write about too. It started (Ish, I mean Friday was last week’s post but The Killers need mentioning) and a gig, followed by injuries, illness, birthday preparations, and on top of that a fat week. We can’t have everything in life.
