March: It’s a Wrap

Happy Easter everyone! Welcome to Spring (if you can call it that), longer days, and warmer temperatures. I feel like the weather is making a mockery of the concept of Spring right now, but here we are. Maybe it’s Mother Nature’s April Fool’s joke? I’ve been to my parent’s house for a Sunday dinner of casserole potatoes, braised potatoes, and lemon mousse, and it was pretty good.

I do, however, feel terrible. I have a headache, sore throat, and my sinuses are hurting. Add to that the weird feeling of disorientation and a lack of concentration, now is a perfect time to look at better things. A whole month has gone by since my February Wrap Post and it’s been a good reading month. Yes, I read some rubbish, but I managed to read and listen to quite a few books. The problem? Well, now as I have crossed off many of my challenges, some of my reads no longer fulfil a challenge when I finish them. Oh well, it’s not going to stop me reading what I want to read.

In March, I read 14 books, which is 3744 pages, and all of which are new reads to me.

I read 1 non-fiction and 13 fiction books, a mix of memoirs, thriller/mysteries, contemporary, YA Contemporary and YA Dystopian/Sci-Fi.

By Format, I read 3 Audiobooks, 6 Paperbacks, 1 E-ARC and 4 E-Book.

The average rating was 3.7/5 Stars for all of the books that I read in March.

I really couldn’t split two of the books I read this month, so, the  ‘Books of the Month‘ for March are….

Ragdoll and Hangman by Daniel Cole

14 books, and some brilliant reads! March was a really good reading month! I am still really struggling to avoid re-reading books, but I’ve managed to go a quarter of the year now without picking up a book I’ve read before. I haven’t managed complete every challenge yet, and it’s harder to make sure that every book I read fits a challenge, but I am enjoying what I’m reading, and reading what I am enjoying, which is the main thing. You may have Onwards and upwards.

I’m ready for a book filled March, are you? Here’s my TBR!

How has your March gone? What did you read?

Have you read any of these books? What did you think?

    1. Neither did I until I started reading them, I think I still have one left, but I also might have made that up so…
Thanks, I am feeling a little less shit, which is good, but still a bit sluggish and headache-y
